Customer Support
Our customer service and support team provides expertise in hardware,
software, equipment installation, and training. Service is available
around the clock and through our distribution and service partners,
around the globe. Day-to-day contact with customers provides insight
into their critical test requirements; and it ensures that we are
able to offer the support necessary to keep their production lines
running at peak performance.
New Facility Supports Industry Demand
Our headquarters facility in Santa Clara, California provides manufacturing
capacity and the necessary infrastructure to support the growing
demand for the new MRS3000-G2 media certification test platform
and related customer support services. In addition to Santa Clara,
MRS recently established MRS Asia, based in Singapore, to provide
Asian based customers with technical applications support, equipment
demonstration and training. MRS will continue to partner with Dymek
Company Limited to provide local equipment service and spare parts
inventory to support to customers throughout the region.
MRS' Total Quality Commitment
MRS equipment is subjected to exhaustive analysis and testing throughout
the design and manufacturing processes to guarantee reliability
and productivity. Mechanical components and control electronics
are fully tested and complete a full burn-in process prior to final
assembly. Finished systems are then put through an extensive burned-in
cycle prior to shipment.
