Vlad Pogrebinsky -- Founder, CEO/CTO
Vlad brings over 20 years of managing Hi-Tech Engineering, Product Planning and Operations for companies in the instrumentation and test equipment business. He was the Vice President of Engineering at ProQuip, where he managed development of MG250, the only media certifier which is still widely used after 13 years since it entered the market. Vlad also held a position as Director of Certifier Products at Phase Metrics, where he was in charge of developing MG and MC lines of media certifiers.

Wayne Erickson -- Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR
Wayne has 27 years of experience in high tech related businesses, over half of which he has led the sales, marketing and business development efforts at high growth data storage, semiconductor, and optical fiber equipment companies. Wayne joined MRS to help manage their rapid growth driven by the data storage market demand for new certifiers.

Prior to MRS, Wayne was VP Marketing at TwinStar Systems, a semiconductor wafer inspection equipment start-up. Prior to TwinStar, Wayne was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Berkeley Process Control (BPC), a technology company providing controls and equipment to the semiconductor and optical fiber markets. Before joining BPC, Wayne was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Phase Metrics, Inc., world leader in disk drive process & production test equipment.

John Love -- Applications Engineering
Love has over 20 years of technical management experience in the magnetic recording industry. He has held head and media development positions at Applied Magnetics and Conner Peripherals. His most recent position was senior manager of test development with Maxtor¹s media division, MMC Technology. He has over 15 years of test engineering experience and holds two patents for media test head designs.

Johnathan Nguyen -- Software Engineering
Johnathan started his career as a software engineer at ProQuip in 1989. By 1993 he became Software Manager and was responsible for all media certifier software development. Johnathan also held positions of Software Manager at Phase Metrics and Hitachi Deco before joining MRS in 1997.

Victor Pogrebinsky -- Hardware Engineering
Victor has over 20 years of design management experience in different industries: Automatic Test Equipment, Semiconductor Wafer Test, and Optical Component Test. He held Design Manager positions with LTX corporation, Katsina Optics and KLA-TENCOR assuming responsibilities for the development and release of the state-of-the-art test systems.
